Simple, written terms for every booking — quoted before you pay, honoured while you travel.
Quotes and Booking
Every trip starts with a written quote shared on call or WhatsApp. The quote fixes your fare for the agreed route, vehicle and dates. Your booking is confirmed when you approve the quote — standard bookings need no advance payment.
Fuel, driver allowance and the vehicle for your route are included in quoted fares. Toll tax, parking and applicable state taxes are billed at actuals wherever they apply, as listed on your quote.
During the Trip
Your assigned driver follows the agreed route and schedule. Small diversions and extra halts en route are accommodated wherever practical — just ask the driver or message our support line.
On hill and yatra routes, the driver may adjust halts or timing for weather, road conditions or safety. Such safety decisions are final, and any resulting plan changes are coordinated with you transparently.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup on standard bookings. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability — message us your new date and we reassign where possible.
