Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. No advance taken means no refund chase, ever.
Free Cancellation
Standard taxi, tempo and tour bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. Just call or WhatsApp us and the booking is released — no questions, no charges.
For multi-day yatra packages, the same 48-hour principle applies to the transport portion. Hotel and third-party components, where separately booked, follow their own stated policies shared on your quotation.
Rescheduling
Changed plans? Message us your new date and we reassign the vehicle subject to availability. Peak yatra-season dates fill fast, so earlier notice gets you better options.
Refunds
A 20% booking amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 80% balance is payable as per the payment terms mentioned in your booking confirmation or written quote.
If a booking is cancelled, the refund of the 20% booking amount will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy and the terms mentioned in your written booking confirmation or quote. Any eligible refund will be processed according to those terms.
Weather and Safety
On hill and yatra routes, trips affected by weather, road closures or safety calls are rescheduled first and cancelled only as a last resort. Safety-driven changes never attract cancellation charges from our side.
